Booking Information

Please read through the following for information so you know what to expect when booking with me!

General Booking Information

✰ When my books are open, my google forms link will be in my instagram bio as well as my website. This is the only way to book with me.

✰ Please do not DM me, as I try to keep all communication with clients organized and in one place.

✰ You will be able to request a FLASH design (pre-drawn pieces that are ready to be tattooed), or a CUSTOM (your idea that I design for you).

✰ Flash gets priority, as it takes a lot of time to design extra customs, so a limited amount of customs will be accepted each booking period. Larger designs will also get priority.

✰ Customs require a $50 drawing fee that is charged at the same time as your deposit.  It counts for 2 sketches (sent a week before your appointment), and your final drawing which will be sent two days before your appointment. Changes can be made at both steps, but if extra drawings are needed, than an additional drawing fee may be added. The custom fee does not go towards the total.

✰ Once you've submitted the form, you can expect a response from me within a week. Please be patient with me! <3

I currently only work Mondays, and my earliest appointments start at 10:00 AM.


Pricing

✰ You will receive an estimate before booking your appointment. I will never charge more than what I quoted you!

✰Customs have an additional $50 design fee.

✰ Large scale concepts (full back pieces, sleeves, etc) are priced per piece instead of hourly, as to lessen the stress of getting things done in a certain amount of time.


Deposits

✰ A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. Flash is not claimed and customs will not be drawn until you have paid and scheduled your appointment.

✰ Deposits can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, but if more reschedules are needed, you will need to forfeit the original and put down a new deposit. Rescheduling must be requested within 48hrs of your appointment, or you deposit will also be forfeited. Should you decide to cancel all together, your deposit will not be refunded.


Payments

✰ All deposits are paid with credit/debit card via square through a link that will be sent.

✰ Remaining balance on the day of the appointment can be paid through card or cash, but cash is preferred! :)

Location

✰ I am located at Cowgirl Tattoo on 3001 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR.


Reschedules/Cancellations/Lateness

✰ Reschedules: Your deposit is good for one reschedule, as long as you request it no later than 48hrs before your appointment. Should you need to reschedule again, or reschedule too short notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed. If I need to initiate the reschedule/cancellation, your deposit will still be good, or can be refunded if you'd prefer.

✰ Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.

✰ Lateness: If you are more than 20 min late, a $30 late fee will be added to your total.

✰ No-Call No-Shows: It is better to let me know super last minute that you can't come than to no-call no-show!!! If you do not show up without any notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book with me in the future. If you had an emergency, please let me know asap and we can discuss the situation<3
